My most important roles are mother to teenage twin boys and wife to an Air Force officer. I enjoy assisting Nik because it allows freedom to be available for my kids' activities and move wherever the Air Force takes my family. We have lived in Hawaii for the last three years and are moving to Monterey, CA this summer for the next adventure in our military story. While living in Hawaii we took advantage of sailing, surfing, hiking and all the sunshine Hawaii has to offer. With my family, I also love playing and watching hockey, soccer and skateboarding. Maintaining a well-balanced life to include physical, mental and financial health are on-going goals for us and I love to share that journey while helping our clients do the same.
I’ve worked alongside Nik since 2019 and have helped the business grow and prosper over the years by understanding where our clients are coming from and the needs they face. I met Nik in the Washington DC area when our family was stationed at the Pentagon. We have a lot in common as military spouses - learning how to navigate the unique situations and challenges that military life throws at us. We understand first-hand how the constant moving and adjusting to new standards of living and new surroundings can be a financial hurdle and stressor. However, I believe that having a strong, solid financial plan and goals leads to success. My favorite part of working with Nik is building relationships with clients and watching them become financially sound and successful while reaching their goals despite the unique hurdles and stressors each person/family faces. To know that we have a hand in helping clients overcome those obstacles is intensely gratifying.
I manage Nik's back-office and follow-up work, and much of the paperwork, to ensure he can focus on clients' personal financial needs and building your wealth strategies. My background includes psychology and social work, which has helped me to connect personally with clients and communicate effectively. This perspective helps Nik ensure your personal financial needs are met. I’ve always been in the business of helping to take care of people in other roles as a doula, professional organizer and social worker. Helping to take care of clients' financial needs and desires has truly been rewarding and fulfilling.
